Alison’s career started and grew over 15 years in corporate human resources, where she acquired a deep understanding of internal business operations. Following a passion for transforming business and people in 2018, Alison embarked on a new professional path by taking a sales position at Constant Contact, a global digital marketing firm. She quickly became a top performer and helped thousands of small business owners take action in their business. Using a relationship based approach contributed greatly to her success- in fact, her very first Constant Contact customer invited Alison to attend her wedding. The call to entrepreneurship kept tugging at her heart and in 2019 launched her own consulting firm, Proffit Coach.
Today, Alison helps service oriented small business owners build, perfect and manage highly effective sales language and mindsets that increase long-term profitability. Specifically, she excels at helping clients:

Learn proven strategies surrounding effective sales communication
By providing safe and effective spaces to practice and master sales conversations, flow, and client objections
Alison loves telling her clients,

She is driven by a vision that entrepreneurs should never feel like there is no other option but to go get a J.O.B. they dread just because they lack cash flow. She believes with the right knowledge and mindset that a person with a good idea and a passion in their heart can learn how to obtain the revenue and life outcomes they desire. Alison uses her wide array of skills and business acumen to guide clients to a new level of passion for sharing the mission of their business through relationship building. They are equipped with not only the words for their outgoing sales message but also the confidence in how to present them.
Originally from the Philadelphia, PA area, Alison relocated to Fort Collins, CO in 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, singing karaoke and dancing to her favorite music. Alison also spends time as the Managing Director of the Northern Colorado chapter of the WEBO Network, a professional development and peer advisory organization dedicated to women entrepreneurs.
